3.7 My Supplier needs more time to complete the assessment. What can I do?

EcoVadis sets defined deadlines for the Suppliers to complete the assessment. While it is important to ensure you, the Client, can review results of all your Suppliers simultaneously, all deadlines are flexible.

Our Supplier Engagement team is available to define a new deadline with your Supplier. Please invite your Supplier to submit a new deadline request via this webform.

It is highly recommended that Suppliers contact us themselves directly to request a deadline extension, so that they are taking responsibility and accountability to respond to the new deadline that will be set. However, if you would like to do it on their behalf, please submit a request through our webform.

Please note that you are always able to view the current deadline in the Supplier Progress Report on the Client Portal. To check on your Suppliers’ status, please review article 4.1.
